It is important for us that your privacy is understandable. This text explains what information is used on Evim Ada and how you can submit your requests regarding this information.
1. Scope and contact
This policy covers account, listing, company profile, communication, appointment, and daily rental services offered via www.evimada.com. For your privacy and personal data requests, you can reach the Evim Ada management at hello@evimada.com or through the form on the Contact page.
2. Processed information and its purposes
- Account information: Your name or company title, e-mail address, phone number, and account type are used for the creation, verification, and management of your account.
- Listing and company information: Listing features, descriptions, photos, location, company logo, consultant, and social connection information are used for publishing your portfolio and communicating with relevant users.
- Service records: Favorites, saved searches, listing price history, in-site correspondence, appointments, daily rental requests, availability calendar, package and payment applications are stored for the execution of requests and transactions.
- Support information: Your name, e-mail, optional phone, subject, and message written in the contact form are used for examining your request, responding to you, and preserving correspondence history.
- Technical information: Session, security, connection, and error logs are used for the safe and proper functioning of the service. Counting listing views and communication activities with a browser ID depends on your cookie preference.
- These data are processed to provide the service you requested, ensure account and transaction security, operate the features you allowed, and fulfill applicable legal obligations. The support form does not create a marketing membership.
3. Visibility and sharing
Published listings, company profiles, and contact information added to be displayed on a listing are open to visitors. Private correspondence and appointment/reservation information can be viewed by the relevant parties and authorized site management. Contact form messages and administrator responses are not shown to other visitors or companies. When you contact a company or consultant, the information you send to the relevant party for your request to be answered can be viewed by that party. Do not add personal information that you do not want to be shared in publicly accessible listing or profile areas.
4. Service providers and external links
Cloudflare is used for site infrastructure, database, and file services; Resend is used for transactional and security e-mails. These service providers may process necessary technical information within the scope of infrastructure and e-mail operations; their services may be offered from infrastructures outside of TRNC. When AI description or translation features are used, the relevant listing text and features are sent to the Google Gemini service. Do not include password, security code, identity document, or private customer correspondence in the listing description. When you open a map search, OpenStreetMap map tiles are loaded into your browser; the map service may receive your IP address and connection information. When you open a WhatsApp, social network, or map link, the rules of the relevant external service apply. Device notifications work via browser permission and notification subscription; you can remove notification permission from your browser settings.
5. Location, security, and verification
Live location is used with device permission and if you initiate the sharing. The parties to whom sharing is visible and the validity period are specified on the chat screen; you can stop sharing. Live location visibility stops when the validity period expires. Passwords are stored using a one-way derivation method. For optional two-factor authentication, a one-time security code is sent to your e-mail address. The code itself is not published on the account or notification screen. Do not share your password and security code in support messages or with other people.
6. Retention and account closure
Account, listing, communication, and transaction records are stored for the operation of the service and tracking past transactions. Closing the account does not mean the automatic deletion of all transaction and financial history at the same time. Retention requirements, requests for correction, deletion, or restriction of access are evaluated according to the record type and applicable obligations. You can request information from the management about the status and reason for retention of a specific record.
7. Requests regarding your information
To learn whether your data is processed, for what purposes it is used, and recipient groups; to correct incorrect information, or to request its deletion, blocking, or to object to its processing under applicable conditions, you can write to hello@evimada.com. In your request, please specify the relevant account or record. If necessary, you may be asked to verify your identity using a secure method to prevent the disclosure of data belonging to another person.
8. Updates
This text is updated when product features or data processing practices change. The current version is published on this page, along with the update date.
